Hi there! I’m Nicole.

I am a Colorado Springs photographer specializing in weddings and lifestyle portraits. I am originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where I met my husband Dave, a Navy Lieutenant and started our family. We have three kids - Vienna, Bohdan (Bo-den), and Milena.

I have lived in Virginia, Germany, California, Singapore and now Colorado. My love of photography began because I wanted to document these places for our memory bank. Now, I get to do the same for couples.

I love what I do. Weddings are beautiful - everything about them - the venue, the dresses, the suits and ties, the flowers. When you choose me as your photographer, I still get as excited as I did for that first wedding because you chose me!

Art has been a part of my life since I was child and when I was in middle school I won a competition receiving a summer scholarship to Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia. In high school, most people chose to learn a language, but I chose to learn how to paint, draw and sculpt. In my early twenties, I went to the Art Institute of Philadelphia where I learned about graphic design. Then, I picked up a camera.

Some fun facts about me - we have seven chickens, three cats and a fish (can’t believe it’s still alive.) I am an only child and I don’t have a middle name - apparently this is like a finding a needle in a haystack. I love to cook and every Sunday morning you will find me in the kitchen, making my signature pancakes or french toast with bacon. And every time I get on an airplane, I have to buy magazines from the airport convenience store.
